FAQ

Standard Occupancy:

2 bedroom apartment : 4 persons 3 bedroom apartment : 6 persons 1 extra adult/child is permitted per apartment on a roll-away or sofa bed. Extra person charges apply. Children under 2 free except when requiring additional bedding.

Office Hours, Check-In & Check-Out:

Our office hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 2:00pm Saturday and 9:00am to 12:00noon on Sunday and public holidays. The office is closed on Christmas Day.

Check in time is 2:00 pm and check out time is 10:00 am. Half daily rate applies for late check-out till 2:00pm, the full daily rate applies for later check-outs.

Deposits & Payments:

Deposit of $300 ($500 high Season) is required within 7 days of booking to secure your reservation. Guests arriving after office hours must pay in full prior to arrival. All guests are required to provide photo ID and the balance of payment at check-in or as otherwise advised by the reservations desk. Only Visa and Mastercard are accepted.

Cancellation & Refund Policies:

In low and mid seasons, cancellations within 14 days of check-in incur a cancellation fee of $50.00. In high season, cancellations within 28 days of check-in will incur a cancellation fee equal to the full amount of the deposit paid. A minimum of $50 administration fee applies to all cancellations. Bookings over the high season must be paid in Full up to 28 days prior to arrival. Refunds do not apply if the guest’s stay is shortened from the original accepted booking period.
